Sombi found us on an ordinary Tuesday morning — injured, four months old, and sitting across the cul-de-sac like she'd been waiting. She walked over, put her paws on our legs, and that was that. One moment changed everything.
We started The Sombini Co. because we know that story isn't rare. It happens every day, in driveways and parking lots and shelters and backyards all over the world. A dog chooses a person. A person says yes. And nothing is ever quite the same again.
This page is for those moments.
We're building a community around rescue stories — the funny ones, the heartbreaking ones, the ones that still make you tear up three years later even though your dog is currently destroying a couch cushion six feet away from you and has absolutely no regrets.
